1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jltara website (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "the Site," or "jltara"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms" or "Agreement"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or placing wagers.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and jltara (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). jltara reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to during account registration, deposit processing, withdrawal requests, or routine verification procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension, bet cancellation, and/or withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

jltara reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, payment method ownership, and compliance with these Terms. Commonly requested documents include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Postal ID, etc.)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshots of e-wallet accounts, bank statements, credit/debit card images with sensitive details obscured)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for enhanced verification

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of the request may result in account suspension, restriction of certain features (including withdrawals), or permanent account closure. All provided documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

• Business interruption

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jltara, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any fraudulent, unlawful, or negligent acts or omissions

12. Termination and Account Closure

jltara reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure

Upon account termination, any remaining balance may be returned to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to jltara and subject to compliance with these Terms. jltara reserves the right to withhold funds where fraud or Terms violations are suspected pending investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited and your remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal according to standard withdrawal procedures.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with the arbitration to be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines.
